What is İZMİR Ent4Int?
Izmir Ent4Int is a project supported by the European Union / ICMPD within the scope of the “ENHANCER, Common Use Facilities” program and co-applied by Dokuz Eylul University Technology Development Inc. (DEPARK) and Dokuz Eylül University with aim of supporting the entrepreneurship activities. Within the scope of the project, training, networking, mentoring and logistic support will be provided to immigrant and local entrepreneur candidates.
Izmir Ent4Int Project aims to increase the entrepreneurial capacity and cooperation between Syrians under temporary protection (SuTPs) and local host communities (LHC), specifically including 60 SuTPs and 40 LHCs for entrepreneurship trainings as well as creating a center which will be open to common use and which will provide supports such as mentoring, commercialization and marketing.This post is sponsored by our partners Wigs
Process
Within the the project, which will last for 18 months, 10 successful entrepreneurs will be provided with an incubation office in the technopark following the training activities that will take place in certain time periods. In the planned activities, institutions with knowledge and experience in the field of entrepreneurship will also take part in the project activities as associates.
In the first stage of the project, a pool of candidates will be created and after the selection process, convenient candidates for project context will be included in the training program.
